The latest induction sealer range incorporate many features that make cap sealing easy and reliable:

1,3, 4 and 6kw cap sealing machines are available. 1kw induction sealers are suitable for slow to medium speed lines, the popular 2kw unit covers most applications and 4 and 6kw cap sealing machines are suitable for very high speed lines and the largest cap diameters.

Hi-Tech present high-speed packet / pouch / Continuous On-Line Sealing Machine Model CSM-1000-H where the pouch moves ‘horizontally’ (in sleeping position) or ‘vertically’ (in standing position) depending on model chosen. Used to fill Tea/ Coffee bags, snacks, powders, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, seeds, spices, etc. Just keep feeding the filled pouches from one side of the machine. The Roller Bands will heat seal your pouch, move them forward & release them at the other end. No operator handling is required, thus making the sealing process very easy & fast. Optionally Embossing or printing of Exp. Dt., etc. will also take place simultaneously.
