Oil FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) pouch packing machines are automated systems designed to package edible oils, lubricants, and ghee into pouches, typically operating at 15-120+ pouches per minute. These machines feature stainless steel (SS 304/316) contact parts, PLC controls, piston or pump fillers, and heat-sealing mechanisms for 100ml to 1-liter capacity.

·         Production Capacity: Generally 1000 pouches/hour or up to 15-70+ per minute.

·         Packing Range: Typically 50ml to 1000ml (1 liter), with some models up to 5000ml.

·         Filling System: High-accuracy piston filler or liquid pump.

·         Sealing Type: Center seal or 3/4 side seal using Impulse or Heat Sealing systems.

·         Material Compatibility: Laminate film, LDPE, or polyethylene.

Types of Oil Pouch Machines

·         Automatic Liquid Pouch Packing Machine: Standard for oil, often 1-1.5 kW power, 220V.

·         Double Head Oil Pouch Packing Machine: High-speed, dual-line filling for increased output.

·         Mechanical FFS Machine: Suitable for smaller, budget-conscious setups. 

Key Considerations 

• Sealing Quality: Crucial for oil to prevent leakage; look for robust heat-sealing, such as in the 4.0mm-4.5mm range.
• Accuracy: Ensure ±0.5%plus or minus 0.5 % ±0.5% to 1% accuracy in filling.
• Material Thickness: Machines usually handle 90-115-micron film.
