A Lami (Laminated) tube filling and sealing machine is an automatic or semi-automatic, stainless-steel unit designed to fill, seal, and code, laminated, plastic, or aluminum tubes, commonly used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. These machines feature high-speed hot air sealing, PLC controls, and precision filling (±1% accuracy), achieving speeds between 30-100 tubes per minute.

·         Sealing Method: Primarily utilizes hot air sealing (e.g., Leister hot air tool) for lami/plastic tubes, ensuring hygienic and strong, leak-proof, hot-air-sealed closures.

·         Filling Accuracy: Employs a positive suction/displacement pump (SS-316) for viscous products, ensuring accurate, drip-free filling.

·         Automation & Control: Includes "No Tube - No Fill" sensors, PLC, and HMI touch screen panels for controlling parameters like heating, sealing, and batch coding.

·         Versatility: Capable of handling various tube diameters (typically 10-50mm) and volumes (5g to 250g) through interchangeable change parts.
